How to Install and Run Live Broadcaster on Mac and Windows apps

Streaming live from Mac and Windows requires Cameleon Center. Download and install Cameleon Center for Mac | Windows and start Cameleon Center before continuing.

Please read and follow instructions relevant to your computer operating system (Mac or Windows). Minimum system requirements for running Live Broadcaster: 4 GB RAM, 1 GB free Hard Disk space, active Internet connection and Windows (32 bit or 64 bit) minimum Windows 7 or macOS / OS X (64 bit) minimum 10.6 (Snow Leopard).

Streaming live from Mac requires both Cameleon Center and Live Broadcaster

  • Download and install Cameleon Center
  • Start Cameleon Center and make sure Cameleon Center is running by checking if the application icon is visible in the Dock
  • Download and install Live Broadcaster
  • Start Live Broadcaster and check if Cameleon Center status is OK (green color) at the bottom left of the main application screen
Live Streaming Software for PC

Streaming live from Windows PC requires both Cameleon Center and Live Broadcaster

  • Download and install Cameleon Center
  • Start Cameleon Center and make sure Cameleon Center is running by checking the application icon in the System Tray
  • Download and install Live Broadcaster
  • Start Live Broadcaster and check if Cameleon Center status is OK (green color) at the bottom left of the main application screen
Live Streaming Apps for iPhone

Streaming live from iOS requires Live Broadcaster or Live Pro

  • Install Live Broadcaster or Live Pro
  • Start the app and Enable YouTube Live or Facebook Live by either tapping Go Live or opening the Settings tab
  • Enable 1080p and Instant Live (optional) and after testing your first live broadcast, set video quality to 720p or 1080p
  • Try Augmented Reality (AR) masks and filters
